French trained chef with a Chicago trained sommelier. Enough said. Staff is from all over and interesting. Easily one of the best filet mignon I've had.

Probably the best food in Chania. We arrived early (at open) and missed the typically late Greek dining crowd. Had the whole restaurant to ourselves. This allowed for a very personal dining experience. The waiter took his time describing and recommending and made sure everything was perfect. Salad, lamb rack, and 2 glasses of wine later, totally satisfied. Could not recommend this restaurant more.

After staying in Chania for four days and trying different restaurants. I finally find this one is a really good one. Good service. Fresh ingredients. Tasty final dish. Price is acceptable. Main dishes is around 11 Euro. I highly recommend it.
