Fantastic restored mansion, amazing service, great location in the Old Town, spacious & very clean rooms.. Just Perfect!!!...don't miss the excellent -traditional breakfast! Congrats!!

Amazing hotel in a great location. Great a la carte breakfast where we tried most items over a few mornings. Nice private courtyard to hide from the crowds. A pillow menu if the provided pillows are not soft or hard enough. One of the best mattresses we have ever slept on.

This hotel is the place to stay in Crete. The ambience is perfect, the staff (very knowledgeable about Crete and what to do) and service are amazing, the location is great and the food (especially breakfasts) are second to none. I cannot recommend Serenissima highly enough. We definitely want to come back here. Loved the huge tub in our room, perfect for a soak after a long day of hiking and swimming.

Best "gourmet" restaurant in town.
Had dinner with friends last night at the hotel's restaurant and we were all left with the best impressions.
From the chef's creations to the wines suggested by the sommelier and the attentive staff, everything was top-notch.
They have 3 menus (meat, fish, vegan) each with a choice from two starters and two main dishes) but you can also mix and match as there is a normal a-la-carte menu with all available dishes separately.
Prices of a full menu can range from €50 - €60 always depending on the wine which is an absolutely great value.
Extremely happy to have access to such a quality restaurant in Chania.

I've been there with my family last year.
Great place and a really nice and helpful owner.
Worth asking him for advice and tips.
The kitchen is very small but that's just another reason to go eat the fabulous food outside.
