This was the first time I’ve been to Stelios. Definitely won’t be the last! The place is very nicely decorated and Stelio and other stylists are all very friendly and professional.

Worst experience ever! Strongly not to recommend. I had an appointment at the beautician for a facial treatment. Not only that it took longer as agreed (which I had to pay for), also have additional cosmetical products been used which cost extra in the end.
I have a very sensitive skin which was obviously completly ignored by the beautician. As a matter of fact my skin was very irritated after the treatment. I had a tight-feeling skin that was also red and swollen. This lasts for ten days. Neither the Store Manager, nor the beautician herself who is the Spa Manager came up with an appropriate compensation. I would never step again in this Shop, nor could I recommend it.

I have tried many hairdressers in the area and frankfaurt and was never satisfied . I am so happy I tried Stelio , highly professional and competent .. Highly recommended
