THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STAR !!!!!! Really awful experience and post customer service!! I used to do laser treatment in Berlin for several times and I like the Berlin studio. Then, I move to Frankfurt and there is no laser studio in Frankfurt so I need to go to Wisbaden. there are apparently several problems between studios. They forced me to pay full price because I did not find my membership "located" in Berlin and because staff in Berlin did not answer their confirmation call. Second which is the worst, I am not satisfied with the result because what it feels and what it looks like are so different from what I did in Berlin. I called them, did not ask for a refund just ask for a redo. They"politely" responded me and said they would definitely look into this case and would contact me ASAP(email and call). Apparently, ASAP for them means never, two weeks later, I called again and tried to resolve the issue, the manager Mrs. Christ again said definitely would call and email me a couple hours later. Again, nothing came and they just treat their customers like idiots!
I realized I should definitely ask for a refund rather than giving them a second chance! still trying to get money back and one advice: DONT GO TO THE ONE IN WISBADEN

Got sick and missed my appointment and now I'm blocked from making an appointment again. Apparently calling to cancel does not work if its not 24 hours in advance. Never had this happen at any other place in my life. Before this happened I had been a good customer for several months. I tried to apologise but they did not care.

I have been twice now and both times I did not have to wait. The lady who did my procedures was very professional and a genuinely nice person to talk to. The facility is spotless and you can see they take care of cleanliness I watched her clean down the bed after my use. The prices for procedures are fair. I highly recommend them I will definitely be back.

Today was my first visit with Senzera and I am very glad I have found this place. The salon is very clean and new looking. A very nice lady greeted me at the door and took me to the back waiting room. She said it would be 10 minutes (I was early for my appointment) but I was called back about 3 minutes later. The lady doing my wax was very sweet. I hardly speak German and she spoke a little English. Normally, people will just not talk to me but she chatted with me the whole time. It made the painful experience much better. It took her 30 minutes to do both legs and she used a roller to apply the wax and it was not hot at all. She also told me where I could go for eyebrow threading, since I have yet to find a place in Wiesbaden. Also, it is not very expensive. I paid 42 euros for complete leg wax and I bought some scrub for my skin.
Overall, I am very happy with Senzera and I will continue to go there. I highly recommend giving this salon a try.
