Awesome location. Helpful and friendly service. Rooms may be a little outdated but decent. Do pay a little extra for standard room instead of "queen" (almost double the size of the room).

In middle of town, good places for food around, train station is 7 minutes away by cab, nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Parking could be an issue on busy days.

Comfortable stay. Stayed for a night as was visiting City for Wine Festival and Musium. Room was clean and cozy. A good one for business travellers too.

Noisy in the morning. No air conditioning so the windows have to be open. People that work there are pretty unapologetic and quick to blame you for any issues you might have. Especially one older woman, she might need to be in another profession. First our key didn't work they told us it was our fault for holding it too close to our phone before realizing it was programmed for the wrong room, no apology. We mildly complained about the noise in the morning and we were told that we should have stayed at another hotel if we didn't want to hear any noise. I guess we will take their advice and stay somewhere else next time. Oh, brown water came out of the tub filler and the wifi doesn't really work, good location tho.

The Novum Hotel in Stuttgart was good. The staff were good. Our group of non German speaking people had no problems. the location, opposite McDonald's, in the centre of a street was quite noisy throughout the night but quite central. Although everything we wanted was about 15 minutes walk away. there were restaurants right on its doorstep. We did not have any room service but the brochure looked good. Biggest downside was that it was all quite out dated horrible carpet every where. but the bedding was good the shower was strong. water was clean. My only other gripe is that we had the cleaners knocking on our door at 8:30 and 9:30 seeing if we were still in. Even though we had the room until 11.
