Helpful staff. Well-equipped bathroom. Little to no information unless you ask for it. Cleanliness... ...adequate. Fire alarm still out of order, like previous reviews have noted. At least the location is very good (excellent access to light rail and suburban rail), and it was the cheapest hotel still available. Overall feels lost in time a bit.

Hotel staff was friendly and competent. Unfortunately I can't rate the hotel any better.
The building is old and has no sound isolation. You can hear everything from the street, from the hallways in the building, the rooms around you... Even the rooms above you. This made sleeping a pain for me. Unacceptable for a hotel.
Other cons: old bathrooms, mediocre breakfast options.
