Lovely cosy hotel, we slept in the "guest house" department just across the road, with a save passage underneath the road, very big and well maintained rooms. Great diner and good breakfast.

Had a private dining room for a celebration meal. Lovely looking hotel and facilities. Food was very good and service was good.

Poor service. High prices. Incapable of cooking meat as ordered (we wanted medium, we got rare). Lives off its reputation, how easily accessible it is using the A3 and the wealthy Langenfelder clientele.

Traditional, well kept and professional. This hotel is venue, restaurant, spa and hotel in one. The area is quite remote and you will certainly need a car to be flexible and comfortable during your stay. I have not seen the room, but heard them to have retained the traditional style of the architecture. The restaurant is traditional and a good experience. Staff is professional and friendly.
