He is so calm, freindly and professional. He listens to patients well and explains the case clearly in the language of your choice, of course, provided that he speaks them. For me, he asked me which languages I speak better (as my German was not good enough to communicate well) and when I told him that I speak English, he switched to English. I think, for those who are afraid of Dentists (as I am), he clears your mind.
