The best Ramen restaurant in Germany, if not Europe. Handmade Udon noodles, great selection of starters/side dishes and a very authentic japanese staff. They are one of the very few ramen restaurants also represented in Yokohama's Ramen Museum, which speaks for their quality. I've recently been to Japan/Yokohama and can tell Muku is definitely the real deal!

I've been to Muku. When I first saw the sign at the door indicating that they were full for the day, I almost lost all hope, but after going inside anyway and asking a waitress, I could still secure a seat.
The place specialises in Ramen. It tastes quite authentic and the place is popular among Japanese people. The Ramen is good. I've had better Ramen in Japan before, and I think the Tonkotsu Ramen is not as rich as the one I've had there, but I think for a restaurant in Frankfurt, they serve pretty decent Ramen and I will come back.
