Boogies kommt am nähesten an einen echten BBQ Schuppen ran. Kein Hipstergedöns ala München, sondern Liebe und Original bis zum kleinsten Detail, inkl. "All employees must wash hands" sticker im Bad. Das smoked beef brisket könnte nen kleinen Ticken zarter sein, aber ich bin da evtl. etwas überkritisch. Der Rest von Ribs über Saucen und vorallem gute Beilagen wie vernünftigen Coleslaw und Kartoffelsalad machen das Geschmackserlebnis echt. Weiter so, bitte expandiert nach München.

Out of the way place in an industrial park, serving fantastic ribs!
Very friendly staff, quick service and serve-yourself cold drinks constantly available.
They did appear to be running out of a couple of things, so perhaps go earlier than you would a more typical restaurant.
Well deserving of five stars!

They serve my absolute favorite smoked pork ribs and I've been to some of the top tier restaurants in the states. I am going to miss this place when I return to the states. My suggestion is to forego the BBQ sauce. Their dry rub and mop is amazing. Every time my wife and I go to Nuremberg I have to pickup a few slabs.

This BBQ smokehouse can hold its own against the best of the best from St Louis, Texas, or North Carolina. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich or the ribs. The patio outside is really nice during the spring, summer, and fall. The waitstaff are friendly and the owners make their rounds to check on you and ask about your experience. American owned, I was so glad to find this little gem in Germany. Definitely try the Kool-aid pickles!
