Gorgeous facility and friendly staff. Located close enough to old Nürnberg to still be good for tourist visits.

The hotel is in a good location.
The breakfast was very good.
However the bed was soooo uncomfortable. It was so hard. The bathroom towels were thin, I have found this is a standard throughout the hotels I have been to in Germany.
The aircon wasn't working & so the room was very hot. I turned the AC off to see if that made a difference, I didn't.

Good comfortable hotel and very close to Bahnhof, makes it easy to commute. Also very close to the central market place with loads of options to shop and eat... And site seeing too! Have added pics of some nearby (walkable attractions) from the hotel.

The hotel has a good location near to the main railway station. It is part of the Spanish hotel group and as a collection represents a premium category. The room was well lit and the bed very comfortable. My room was on the inner side so far from any noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the room was noisy as there were two large groups eating the same time as me.

The rooms are nice. But make sure to get one that is not facing the street. We booked one "with a view" and got one facing the rear, it doesn't really have any view but is quiet. The rooms have a milky window towards the bathroom which is nice, because you get daylight in the bathroom. Breakfast is nice, but a little less than what I would have had expected from an NH collection. They seemed very overwhelmed with a large group (no one greeted us or asked us for our room number during the entire 1h we had breakfast and also not a single plate was cleared. One of the two sets on our table was only half prepared with fork and napkin missing). There were more than 5 different labels for various juices. In practice more than half of the carafes had plain orange juice and not what was on the label.
