I tried to call this location from outside Germany several times, since I would like to reserve a car in a hour where the station was closed. After many, many, many attempts I decided to reserve it online placing an early hour, adding the flight number and a comment saying my arrival date... This worked in Hertz Memmingen airport...
Again I tried to call hertz after that reservation done to confirm it. Again no success. I managed to find an number that I could call from outside for the general Hertz hotline. They redirect me again for the Nuremberg station (so after all the number was correct) and again no chance...
I tried to cancel the reservation, but was not possible. The guy from the hotline told me that this is normal since I was out of the normal working hours...
Since I could not cancel, and according to the hotline information, most likely is that they would be waiting for me, I gave up hoping that this would be true...
I was wrong! NO CAR and with 2 children in a late Saturday night, with no reasonable option to return to my city...
I was lucky since Europcar was open, the guy told me he was waiting for people due to flight delay... Seems that this does not happen with Hertz in that location! I reserve a car on that company.
I recommend to no one Hertz on this location!

Shocking. Car returned in same condition and then they had the audacity to claim 300 Euros in damages. Absolute disgrace. Contesting naturally.

All check your order carefully. They include add-ons despite you answer NO to suggestions.

got the car - had no issues. got told everything is fine when giving the car back by the two ladies who took the car back. so far so good. a couple weeks later was told that they found a scratch in the rims a week later and I had to pay a couple hundred euros for the damages. Don't trust them. Have document signed confirming the car's okay. They really trick people.

Really not satisfactory service at this HERTZ station ;
they would not hesitate to charge you 1000 Euros for a damage that of course you didn't do to the vehicle without further notice. When you want to have information on the causes no answer from the station ; they are not answering to the phone...
Your bank account is charged of course and when you contact the Customer Service they promise to answer within 10 days...
Be careful when returning a car at this station!
