Unfriendly receptionist set a bad tone for our week stay. Room service was good. Restaurant did not offer much variety, but service was good.

Concierge was unfriendly and less than helpful. The coffee in the room was not good.

Nice hotel, good service, close to the train station. AC did not work properly. Loud construction in the mornings. Restaurant served delicious food. Good amenities.

Rooms are modern, clean, & amazing. Check in was the quickest I've ever experienced. Helpful staff.

Big Elephant; poor cooling system, not advisable for summer stay but good building structure and nice outdoor bar
