From all the rentals I've been a customer from Sixt is by far the most reliable. The personal is always professional, the service is simply great, the vehicles are always in good conditions.

Poor customer service, one agent was on premises with the name T.Jugler, she refused to give her employee id number, car was booked for noon, I came at 9.30, she said no cars available and i have to wait till 12, went online and booked for 10 am, she said I still have to wait 20 minutes. Why they hire such people to work with customers??.???

The staff here were really friendly and they cared, especially Amila (I hope the spelling is correct XD).
The service was fast and efficient and we got very clear answers to all our questions.

Despite the fact that BMW provides all service in English it's not true about documents verification.
Highlights of my visit:
1. Lots of extra documents were requested by a young lady - most interesting - translation of my passport!!! (passport is in English).
2. Her arabian boyfriend (what did he do in the office during working time is not clear - maybe new format of "family business" from BMW...) as well as this "employee" had lots of fun reading my documents. Both couldn't explain what's funny they found there.
What a place!
I would strongly recommend this office to anyone who's reading this review.
