Bad exerience. Sixt people found a scratch on the rim of the car I rented and they send me a huge ammount to be paid after I lost time and more money calling them they told me that they didn't know I had a tire insurance. To me it sounds that they will try to steal more money from their clients. Ridiculous

Booked online, got a great car with an awesome gps within 5 minutes of getting there, and when coming back at 2am I just parked, dropped off the keys and left. Very easy.

Take care. Although my reservation was confirmed, they simply canceled it: "Your reservation must be canceled because we currently have no vehicles available. We apologize for this and ask for your understanding".
So neither car nor support.They didn't even transfer the reservation to any other branch in Munich. "We have no car available", " we don't care", "make a reservation somewhere else".
Part of troubles may come from Sixt web-site, that keeps offering unavailable cars -a good way for a brand to torpedo a franchisee if having a commercial dispute- but the lack of support deserves no excuse.

They upgraded me to a VW Tiguan, brand new car, staff was really friendly, received the car in no time, overall a great experience. I would recommend to anyone!
