Totally fine, we had no problems at all. Rocked up to the office on level one HBF, got a small car for 5 days and returned it with no reservation. No fuss, no bad service. We even went back in the question a pending charge and were treated nicely, all questions answered! Would recommend.

The guy at the desk had no idea what he was doing. Wasted our day. Go to Europa car. Cheaper better

One of the most horrible experiences with Avis rentals... Pathetic customer service, debited our credit card while we raised the query about our fine. No response for 3 emails sent.. Agreement number E917541715

Great sevice by a Trainee. She was helpful and gave us good directions where to collect vehicle. It was less than 5min walk to the carpark. Lifts are very small only 2 person at time. Collected vehicle from floor 6. Noticed that returns were on the ground level. No issues with vehicle. We opt to return vehicle at airport you do pay extra as car be expected from all rental companies.

The treatment we received was awful. Please look to the car very well (take pictures and videos before you touch it) for extra damages that they make you pay for. They made us pay 700 euros for something we did not do! Beware. We saw other people complaining as well. They lied to us when returning the car and made us sign in german without telling us what that was. To sum up, do not rent a car with this office.
