Well, it depends what you are looking for.
If you are looking for a chic and exclusive restaurant to make a good impression on your partner it's perfect.
The quality of the food is excellent (and the prices expensive).
But for me, in any restaurant, beyond the atmosphere and style, the focus stays on food.
From this point of view the portions were shamefully little (in my wife's dish we counted 4 pieces ravioli). A glass of wine, filled barely one centimeter, was very expensive.
But what contributes most to the low rating are the waiters.
They were pushy and anytime we wanted to order, they suggested us the most expensive dishes and bottles of wine in a disturbing way.
Going out of the restaurant, we had the feeling that it was all about squeezing as much money as possible from the clients.
With the little portions, we were still hungry, and went in a pizzeria nearby to have a decent meal.
That's why my 2 stars rating.

Service, wine selection, ambience , all above excellent. Antipasti were great. Pasta dishes were mediocre in quality and that greatly surprised me. Recommend always keeping at least a couple of classical pasta dishes on the menu, rather than just inventing new recipes on every choice. Overall very good and I would return.

This restaurant is AMAZING! The food, wine and the service are wonderful. I have been there several times with family and friends and all were more than happy. I love the Italian atmosphere, the waiters are very friendly and actually due to their lovely Italian way funny, too. Vinaiolo is definitely worth a visit! You will not regret it! They know what they are doing! Buon Appetito!!
