Rooms are spacious and functional but there's a mix of furniture styles and the bathroom needs revamping. The hotel is huge and breakfast is large and good. Quality of service is good.

Nice hotel, it's relatively close to most of the tourist sites and about a 8 minute walk to the main train station. Customer has been great, friendly and most of the stahh we have interacted with speak English. The only downside that I have found is the room tends to be hot and the AC doesn't seem strong enough to cool the room.

Very good hotel at a very nice location in Mannheim. Excellent breakfast although a bit pricey.

The outdoor hang out is nice. They are very accommodating. They don't have a cappuccino machine during breakfast though.

Great rooms. Deep bathtub. Really nice outdoor/courtyard seating and eating area. Wonderful central location. Great service for foreigners.
