ACHTUNG !
Nimmt bei Fahrzeug Abgabe einmal eine komplett Aufnahme beim Mietwagen ab und am besten ein Video Beweis wie ihr den Schlüssel in den Nachtschalter abgibt !
Mir wurde einfach ein weiterer Tag dazugerechnet !!
Die Kosten wurden selbstverständlich zurück erstattet, dennoch ohne Beweis hätten Sie mein Geld nicht zurück gegeben !

When you request a quote for a car hire... Staff shares a very high quote and when you check online you will find the same car for very less amount.. Also if you take minimal insurance they deduct a huge amount as a deposit... Never seen such a money hungry system... 3 stars only because there are more worst car rental around

Have been here for twice, the experience with Buchbinder is very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful, will come again to rent a car.

Really friendly staff. Speak good English as well. Better prices than rival car rentals agencies. First choice car rental in Germany for me.
