Ok, clean and modern, but loud road works and too bright in the morning. Breakfast nothing special...

Excellent , we stayed here for 3 nights in last days of June . Nice job here with this Hotel .. Staff professional , helpful , rooms very nice , standard size for this range of hotel . hotel was full with some groups ( young and old ) but we heard nothing , did not even notice . Breakfast dining and living area is large nice variety of seatings so even when busy it a nice vibe. ( only down size is breakfast it nice well set up , but needs a little more i.e. olive oil , vinegar would be a start ...)
Great building , nice bar , well located , near train station , culture , near trams to take you to the cooler neighbourhoods , weekend market , etc.
So one of the best choices in Leipzig
And just down the street from the best vietnamese restaurant in Germany.

The hotel is very modern. The beds are comfortable and the room is cozy. The bathroom is very beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The breakfast is delicious and very reasonably priced. I stay here any time I am in Leipzig. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is that it was a little expensive for the size of the room compared to others in the area.

Windows can open! TV is very technological with radio/tv/alarms. Quiet at night and very comfortable beds. Breakfast very nice on the first floor.

Friendly staff, very central. Modern and clean rooms, the only caveat I can find is that the University is directly on the other side of the street and the rooms have very big windows - so you should really close your curtains in the morning.
If possible try to get a room with a view of the Thomaskirche - it's a great view from there! I believe room 404 should have the best view.
