Great place to stay for a week. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Close to the atractions

I travel 8 to 10 times a year to different countries, including countries in Asia, East-Africa, Sout-Africa, West-Africa, North-America and Western Europe. Now let me tell you about this „Altstadthotel“ in the beautiful bavarian town Ingolstadt.
The reception is occupied by a very laciturn man who hands you the key like in a cheap motel and sends you up the stairs by your own. You have to ask for breakfast times, for internet and everything else - nothing comes to you just like you are used to even at the cheapest places around the world.
The rooms are dark, gloomy and give you the feeling of being locked up like in a mental institution.
The wifi is too slow for even using google to find out where the next supermarket is - after calling the receptionist nothing changed. The TV has no proper reception, apart from the local town channels there is no clear picture.
And after all, here is the best message: the rate for single room is 99 USD. Enjoy….

Nice room, 111. Confortable bed. Breakfast is amazing for an 3 star hotel. Bad in de room and sauna on the other hotel building on the other side of street. 5 min walking to city center.
