The UCI is quite in line with most cinemas of its size.
The parking situation can be very bad at highlight times, despite a huge parking area it's very hard to find anything free and it get's more complicated due to strange routing of the lanes. I won't let this influence the rating, though, as it's a partially a shared area.
If you order your tickets online you gain entry simply by showing a QR code you receive which potentially cuts quite some waiting time and keeps queues shorter than on regular cinema registers.
In my personal experiences staff has always been friendly and even helpful if a member of a group is delayed or in similar situations.
Sadly the actual price of the tickets is often quite high. When ordering online they seem fine at first, but at the checkout several additional fees are added: length, hall/tech fee, pre-purchase fee. This ultimately makes tickets often reach the 15€ mark.
A brighter thing: There's a flatrate card which is already worth its price if you watch two movies a month at prices like this.
One of the biggest weak points is the same most big cinemas have:
The queues on the drink/snack stands are often horribly long and the height of the prices matches it.
Considering the ticket prices, though, the technology isn't really impressive. Advertised are "iSense", great seats and "Dolby Atmos", but I personally don't see or hear anything better than in cheaper, smaller cinemas, and thus while it's certainly not a bad cinema it just doesn't justify the high price point.
To add another good point, though, due to it's size and number of halls there's really a quite big amount of running movies, often in 2D and 3D, and often movies also stick around several weeks longer than in smaller cinemas.
Thus, in the end, the cinema is by far not bad and does its job well, but there are certainly cheaper cinemas and also some with more impressive technology or ambient.

That's what I call a cinema... Sure it is a lil bit expensive but therefore good service and hell man, it's clean. I visited cinemas which were horrible. For this experience I am willing to pay a bit more. The technology is up to date and you will be happy to spend some more euros. Free parking lot is available and you can visit a cocktail bar before the movie starts, if you are too early.
You can buy your tickets online and you just need to bring your mobile, no longer cueing for tickets.
