Ich war in der Woche mit meinem Meerschweinchen in der Tierklinik im Notdienst. Nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit (was ja nun echt nicht die Welt ist) kümmerten sich Tierärztin und Helferin eine geschlage Stunde um unsere alte Dame. Mir kam das Personal sehr kompetent und dazu noch sehr freundlich vor, was ich bei einem so emotionalen Thema sehr wichtig finde. Wenn man bedenkt, dass die beiden Fachkräfte über eine Stunde mit uns zu Gange waren in der Nacht, muss ich sagen, dass ich den Preis mehr als gerechtfertigt finde. Ihr Angebot der NotfallKlinik ist wirklich Gold wert! Meine Maus hätte diesen Tag ohne die Notfallklinik vielleicht nicht überlebt. Danke :)

Wegen akuter Rückenprobleme unserer 11jährigen Zwergdackelhündin suchten wir den Notdienst der Kleintierklinik auf und wurden sehr kompetent und freundlich behandelt. Herzlichen Dank.

Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle und sehr freundliche Betreuung von meinem Kater Nemo, der am Montag bei einer Zahnsanierung dort war. Ich war jetzt mit beiden Katzen schon mal da und ich muss sagen, ein sehr kompetentes Team, egal ob Ärzte oder Helfer/Betreuer.
Und an alle die wegen dem Preis meckern, eine Intensive und zeitaufwendige Betreuung kostet eben was... Lieber so, als wenn z. B bei der Narkose was schief geht und nicht rechtzeitig reagiert wurde. Und es wird sich dafür die Tiere auch Zeit genommen, was auch nicht überall verständlich ist.
Es ist von mir aus zwar nicht um die Ecke und eine gute halbe Stunde entfernt, aber hier kann ich sicher sein, das alles passt und hierbei sollte das wohl des Tieres vorgehen und das materielle mehr als nur zweitrangig sein!!

Ich war mit unseren Meerschweinchen da. Es wurde sehr schnell eine Fehlstellung der Zähne festgestellt und eine preisgünstige Lösung angeboten. Ich bin überaus begeistert von dem Mitarbeitern, Ärzten, ja sogar Auszubildenden dieser Tierklinik die allesamt äußerst freundlich und kompetent sind. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen und meine Tiere in diese Hände geben.

This is the best clinic we've been so far! Due to my work we have to travel a lot around the world and change our home base every couple of years. We've been living in Tokyo, New Zealand, UK and the U.S. but the emergency department of the small animal clinic in Hannover was by far the best!
Our cat Aiko was suffering for years with respiratory problems. All the doctors until now suspected an infection of the upper airways and treated her simply with antibiotics. The symptoms were milder after every treatment but never totally went away. It wasn't until last month that she hat again a coughing attack and severe difficulties to breath in the middle of the night, so we decided to visit the emergency room of this clinic. To our big surprise the doctor we found there, was the youngest and most competent vet we've ever met!
Dr. Avraam and his helper took their time to examine Aiko thoroughly and after seeing how the doctor interacted with her we were totally convinced that the people there knew exactly what they were doing although Aiko is not the easiest cat to handle with. ^^
After an X-Ray and a blood test Dr.Avraam came back with something we never expected: A DIAGNOSE AND A LONG TERM TREATMENT PLAN!
Aiko is suffering from feline Asthma and the "funny" thing is that none of the vets we've visited until now was able to diagnose it! After treating the secondary infections we now started treating her with an asthma-inhaler like the ones for humans and Aiko is doing great! We are so happy to have finally found a vet we can trust and we want to thank Dr. Avraam and the clinic for everything!
