Very close to the city center and all restaurants and shopping places are easily accessible. Rooms are bigger compared to German standard. They have good carpet. Cleanliness could have been improved. Rooms were having dust and cleaning staff did not turn up during one day. Free tea and coffee at reception all day. Breakfast is decent, but not outstanding though with same menu 365 days.

I travel for work and usually stay at Best Western hotels. This one is clearly the worst I have ever been to. It’s poorly maintained and filthy. The staff is extremely friendly but I had the impression that they felt bad for the guests. Definitely look elsewhere if you are staying in Hannover.

The hotel is quite good but the street is too noisy during the night.
