Tiny room, the heating could not be turned off, had to keep my window open all night, unfortunately to a 4 lane road with loads of traffic, woke up with a massive headache because of that. Same in the breakfast room, hot like hell, bad air, asked for a latte machiato, got told they don't have that. Later at checkout I saw they have for extra charge - the waitress either didn't know or was to lazy to get it for me and charge me... Don't go there, it's not worth any price

i have been traveling all over Europe
worst ever been .. even i had a better service in russia
didnt clean the room one day and asked for clean towels after 20min i had to go dwn to the lobby to get towel myself
receptionist were chatting in the backroom w/ colleagues
asked him why my room was not get cleaned
all in heard was i am not maid and it is not his business to care
disaster!!!!

Quite cheap but full service hotel, not extremely central but well connected. Personnel is very polite and supportive.

Tiny room. Not great service. Internet dysfunctional. When we inquired about it, we got snide remarks that we should have complained immediately so we could be moved into another room. Hotel receptionist admitted that they knew that internet didn't work in this particular wing of hotel, but gave us no warning when we checked in.

The room was clean but tiny. Shower was incredibly small and leaked all over floor. The Wi-Fi didn't work for the 2 night/ 3 days we were there in our room. I mentioned it several times but the last time at 11:00pm the guy at desk asked me why I didn't say anything earlier and that it never works in the corner we were in- which had we known we would have changed rooms. The guy at our check out was really helpful and actually seemed like he knew what customer service is about. I expect better service from a 4 star hotel.
