My experience at this hotel was awful. First, they quoted me 75euros/single room, and when I arrived, it was suddenly 125euros. The Radisson down the street is nicer and cheaper, but I didn't want to take another taxi ride. I just wanted to rest. So, I went up to room to find that she had booked me a double room with 2 TINY beds. I went back down and asked her to change the rooms. She told me that they didn't have anything left. When I told her I was going to leave, she said that I had already paid and that I couldn't leave to the Radisson-- even if I was only there for 5 minutes. So, I stayed. Furious. I told her to find me another room. After talking to the manager for 10 seconds, a single room SUDDENLY became available. BS. I went up and transferred my things to the other room. It was disgusting. The toilet bowl cleaner was on the floor. There was a half-drunken water bottle in the refrigerator. There were pubic hairs on the bed. The tray on which the bathroom glasses sat was dirty, with lint and hair on it. It was atrocious. But I stayed. I woke up late the next morning, missed all of my meetings because I was terribly ill and didn't sleep well. I went downstairs to communicate this, asked if I could still get some coffee and breakfast quickly since there were 10 minutes left before they closed. I was told that the hotel staff member miscommunicated the breakfast time and that I had missed it. The woman was TERRIBLY RUDE and the man at the front desk said he couldn't do anything. I must have asked 10 times for a coffee and a juice. I could see everything (breakfast, juice, coffees, etc) still out on the table in the dining room. But they refused to let me have any. MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE. Take a bus down the road to the Radisson, pay the same price, and have a pleasant experience LIKE A GUEST IN A HOTEL SHOULD!

Rooms insulation is second to none existent, you would hear from neighbouring rooms so clearly. Breakfast is below average. Bar is hardly open. If you need espresso to wake up, then you pay for it!! It is not included in breakfast. No ventilator in the toilet so smells do stay.

Clean and fresh room in a central hotel. Breakfast was really nice. Worth coming from the highway for.
