A guest, Günther Detlef, has reserved a double room for himself and Erika Detlef. Now we are having some problems with their credit card, which is not working. Since the reservation has came via Dertour, we contact you. We assume you already have charged the guest. Is it possible to get another credit card or an invoicing address? Or should we ask and charge the guest? Detlef´s stay: 28.5-1.6, total EUR 478,80.
