Best Indian food in Frankfurt because it's authentic and the curries all taste different (which is very difficult to find in Frankfurt) exactly the way it tastes back home, in India. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I really had amazing Indian food here. They know exactly the balance between the spices and the flavor what an Indian food lover likes. The best part is the humble smile and always ready to serve attitude of staff is really amazing.

For someone who has visited almost every Indian restaurant in South and North Sachsenhausen, this kitchen cuts a wide swathe through the stereotypes of Indian cuisine be it the pungent aroma or the excess use of oil in most dishes. I visited CondiMantra five times in the last two weeks, and it has rocked me every time I walked in. The beauty of its preparation is it's smart and not contrived. There are times when I have had a three-course meal and walked out of the restaurant light on the tummy and without any food guilt :) The interiors are modest, a clear contrast to the lush, ornate interiors synonymous with Indian restaurants. But it makes up for the modesty with all the excitement of an open kitchen, especially the sight of the burly chef deftly tossing the veggies in one hand and stirring the curry with the other. The star, however, is Mr. Aditya Bahl, the owner of CondiMantra, an erudite and engaging gentleman who will astonish you with his insights on nutritional physiology and secrets of Indian spices. That's some food for thought on the platter. To round things off, it's a great place to explore Indian cuisine in its truest sense. I will be visiting CondiMantra soon, hungry for more. :))
