Nice place. Equipment is pretty modern.
They also have a virtual trainings room where the instructor is displayed on a screen.
They got no climate control and you can't even open any windows

Nice gym with a quite professional atmosphere, despite many newcomers recently. It's often a little crowded and lacks enough power racks and squat stands. But it has a huge cardio area with a nice view on Neuss harbour.
