Pleasant hotel with a nice bar area, serving good food. Good variety at breakfast, and all staff very friendly. The only 'negative' is that the rooms were very warm (a few guests mentioned this) and there is no AC in the rooms.

Not my favourite Marriott / Renaissance hotel. Room was fine. Restaurant okay. But just not the normal excellent standard of others that I've stayed in.

One thing which makes this hotel standing out compared to others in the same price range is their restaurant! My dinner was well cooked (I had meat), and the was seasoning was great. Breakfast was no disappointment either. Otherwise it is clean and staff is helpful, but that's expected from this company.

I love the modern decor of this place along with the naked mannequins greeting you as you exit the elevators. Check in staff was very pleasant and acknowledged my status with marriott. Can't say the same about checkout staff but customer service was exceptional and handle the complaint professionally. This hotel is a perfect place to stay when you have an early morning flight out of Dusseldorf. Taxi is approx 22euro and hotel has their own taxi line so makes it easy early in the morning. Rooms and overall hotel is clean. Hotel restaurant is okay but a bit pricey.

Before choosing a hotel to stay at one must consider what they are looking for. If you are hoping to find a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, then this hotel is not for you. The rooms are clean-cut and refreshing. The beds are comfortable. The restrooms are clean and the water temperature runs steadly; this is very important because there are a lot of good quality hotels with this issue. The breakfast is tasty. Especially if you are big fan of pork beacon and sausage like I am. The hotel overall nice and clean. The staff is mostly nice, but the management is very poor. Overall, it is a good enough hotel. However, when considering the price I'm not sure it's worth it.
