Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Übergabe geht zügig. Eine bessere Beschilderung im Parkhaus für die Rückgabe wäre von Vorteil. Man sollte daraufhin gewiesen werden, wo man den Schlüssel abgeben soll. Wünschenswert wäre ein Briefkasten wo man den Schlüssel einwirft...

Highly recommended Sixt Station in Düsseldorf!
The staff is experienced and works as efficient as possible from customer's point of view, the car fleet/selection is also amazing.
The central location of this Sixt station - Intercontinental Hotel / Königsallee Düsseldorf makes it easy and fast to reach from anywhere. It is also located in the most prominent/shopping district in Düsseldorf.
During my last reservation, my car wasn't ready for pickup yet (had to be cleaned), so I had to wait in the hotel lobby around 10 minutes - in this case you can get a free coffee/tea from the 5-star hotel's restaurant/lobby bar, as a compensation from Sixt, which was a great idea by the way!
Thanks to the Sixt team in this station!
