Excellent hotel. Really good restaurant and bar staff, wonderful fitness, pool, and sauna area. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable beds and nice amenities.

Friendly staff at the bar, though had to be told pour in an appropriate amount of wine, spacious lobby with lots of room for a private conversation.

Best hotel in the best city I've been to ... I will never forget the time I spent there 2 years ago with my dad and my 1st impression when I saw the Signal Iduna Park from the window ... I hope for another visit soon ... Cheers from Canada!!!!

Great location if you are visiting the Westfalstadion - in fact the away team were spending time at the hotel! Room was nice (WiFi was great) staff were very friendly, and the food was good. The orange juice at breakfast was the best I've had in a long time! About a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the stadium so stay here if you're going to a game!

Worst Hotel in Dortmund. Had to change the room every week 1 to 2 times due to noise disturbances which could have been avoided if staff would have considered my wish! Even after claiming several times that rooms close to the elevator are not acceptable due to the noise disturbance, staff did not consider this in my bookings. I travel every week due to my job.
