Could be great, but sauna staff acting as hotel check in and check out staff are poorly trained and frankly rude. Odd 1 euro charge for sauna. Can't check in before 3 pm - No effort to check if rooms ready yet. Can't use sauna after noon checkout, without paying for whole extra day. Seems like penny pinching, especially as the sauna was practically empty. Would get full marks if they were more friendly, professional and flexible.

Rooms are decent but the spa included in the room rate and the saunas are great!

No Kettle, for the family rooms you have to walk round the block because you can't walk through the spa. Staff are unhelpful upon arrival not letting us know any of this. Rooms were nice but it's not deserving of a four star hotel.

Worst place ever! Very small swimming pool, no parking place available at all!!! The guests of the spa are all naked, nobody is wearing a swimming suit or anything and this is definitely not hygienic or pleasant to see! The employees do not offer any information about the spa and facilities available! They just charge you the entrance fee which is quite high for what the place can offer and they show you the staircase to the spa!! Very dissapointed! I totally do not recommend!
