The rooms were clean and seemed to be newly referbished. The shower is amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful on all of our requests. The hotel is located almost at the centre of the city about 15 min walk to the cathedral and central station and close to the nightlife so the location couldn't be any better than that. The only thing which was a problem was the internet. We were located on the second fooor and the WiFi was an absolute nightmare to the point that I had to switch to mobile networks to get my plane tickets.

This is a modern 4-star hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. We paid a little extra for 'privilege' rooms with our Accor membership which allowed us late checkout at 4pm and a very spacious room with a balcony on the 4th floor. There isn't much of a view though. The hotel staff are generally great. The wireless internet was fine. It is also about 15 minutes' walk to the cathedral and about half of that is through the main shopping streets anyway. The U-Bahn and buses stop right next to the hotel (cross the road and go down the stairs!). Lines 3 and 4 will take you to Deutz. The Cologne marathon route also goes right past the hotel's main entrance!

I stayed here during Drupa 2016. Friendly, clean, good breakfast, located near the central station (just a few bus stop), within walking distance from train station and relatively large rooms. Recommended for business visitors.

The room was very clean and we'll kept. Breakfast was great and dinner was very tasty (although dinner was not included). Free parking was very useful, and you are walking distance away from the cathedral. The only problem that I had was that the original room had been smoked in, however; they immediately gave me a new room. Overall very good service and food.

Room was modern and clean. Bathroom was nog enough for one but not for two at the same time. The hotel itself was very good and friendly. Would've liked a swimming pool but we knew it wasn't there so not that bad. As conclusion i would say too everyone go if you want to be close to Köln and like a nice hotel.
