Stayed here for one night in October 2016. At the time we booked it was advertised as a 4 star hotel, which it certainly was not. We felt talked down to by the reception staff when checking in, the glasses in our room had clearly not been washed, the room was average at best and we had someone's toenail clippings in the bed with us (which I had to brush off the bed before my girlfriend spotted them). The only positives were the shower which was nice and the pleasant Scottish girl who checked us out.

Everything went well. Good location. Only disturbing thing was that the room service kept entering without knocking shortly before checkout time; could've waited for a few minutes because we'd have been out anyway.

Great hotel right in the middle of old town cologne. Very close to the train station and the church. Rooms are clean,spacious and well equipped. The breakfast included is very good with lots to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
