Though the hotel is in the center, I am not satisfied with my stay experience. First of all during my check out on 10.11.2017, I requested to check out at 12.00, but the lady in the receptionist told me that I have to check out at 11.00. And said that it is a rule for the hotel. I travel a lot and first time I saw a hotel that wants his clients to check out at 11.00 and do not even accept 12:00. I believe if she had told me that in a more kindly way, rather than a empty look to customers. I wouldn't complain about it. We paid 185 Euro approximately for a double room which is almost the same rate of 5 star hotels and I think we deserve 2 pairs of towels. Every day, I called them to have a towel. And finally rooms are not clean at all. evrn you can find pets fur on sofas.
This will be my last visit to this hotel and I will never stay there and recommend it to no one.

The hotel was clean, attractive, and the location was excellent. Our room was quite big and had a nice view of the streets below. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had tons of options. Service at breakfast could have been a bit better (waited quite a while to be acknowledged) but otherwise we will definitely go back. We also appreciated the two bottles of free water in the room!

Our hotel was in a good location and was easy to walk to from the train station - all sites of interest were easy to get to.
The room was clean and spacious. Air con was fantastic.The downsides were minor: no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the shower door was oddly fitted meaning we soaked the bathroom floor!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us with whatever we needed (including printing boarding passes for our return flight). They were also incredibly efficient.
Would definitely stay in a City Class hotel again if this is the service - we will be looking for one where we next travel

The room was clean and spacious. Air con was fantastic.The downsides were minor: no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the shower door was oddly fitted meaning we soaked the bathroom floor!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us with whatever we needed (including printing boarding passes for our return flight). They were also incredibly efficient.
Would definitely stay in a City Class hotel again if this is the service - we will be looking for one where we next travel

We stayed a night in Cologne. The hotel location is very convenient. We drove and used the parking garage they have an agreement with. It's a bit of a walk, but not all that bad by European standards. The cost of parking was about 18 euros for 16 hours.
The room we rented was small, but very nice. The day was warm and the air conditioning could not keep up. I think this is common for Europe.
Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was very good, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel was a fantastic choice. Collectively as a group of 16 we would be happy to stay here again. The location was excellent with a choice of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We didn't sample the breakfast as chose to ate out instead. There were no irons or ironing boards in the rooms, we did get one from reception but the board didn't stay up. In some rooms the air con worked and in others it didn't. The one thing really missing was tea and coffee facilities which you would hope to have included at such a price.
