If I have to rate it. ( Im not doing out of vast dissapointment, just being honest). Friendly staff and all, great location etc. However the hotel standard was more like a Hostel from the 80ies. Paperthin walls so you could hear the neighbors TV all night. Interior design from the 90ies. Had a large neon sign in my face so window shades had to be dark. The "Spa" was a jacuzzi and a sauna, common at your local gym, nothing "Spa" about it. As a business traveler for 2 nights, I was fine with it and enjoyed the central location, but from a rating view it was way overprised and not a place I would re-visit. Bye.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Steps away from trams to and from Koelnmesse (just two stops away). Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. We are looking forward to visiting again.

I have better internet in Somalia. Incredibly overpriced. Disgusting customer service. Nobody greets you. Iron stained my shirt. Did I mention the horrible internet? It's basically a hostel with the prices of Ritz Carlton. Avoid at all cost.

Second time in this hotel. Super breakfast and nice staff. Also cozy bar present.
Beds soso and room too hot .
Opening the windows lets the noise in from local drunks. Be sure to bring earplugs. Bathroom/shower a bit slippery. Be careful!
Very good location and parking in nearby parking house is easy.

The room was very clean and a nice size. The room was on the warm side, but that is the only issue. The location is great as it is so close to the river and the Alter Markt just know that with that comes with noise from all the visitors to the area. That didn't bother me, but should be taken into account by those it may bother. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags their prior to check in.
