I came to Braunschweig for a week for a conference and I came to this place four times. My friend was so hungry in one of the meal, he ordered two plates of pasta. Let me go through what's going on in this place. You walk in and the lady in the front will give you a card. If u need English menu, you can get it from the lady. When u walk in the store, you have choices of pasta, lasagne, pizza, risotto, salad, appetizer, soup, drinks and wine... The best part is that they make everything from fresh. You need to wait in the line and directly make orders at your turns. The cook will ask you this and that to make the exact meal that you like. Don't forget your bread. They are amazing. If you are in a group of people, I recommend you order pasta first because it takes longer time to wait in the line. Pizza can be made in a short time and you want to make sure to eat it right after making. Swipe your card for each order and you pay when you leave the store. Their white wine is very good.
