Cheap prices online but more than double in minimum charges once you try to pick up your vehicle. Staff is unhelpful, unfriendly and disrespectful about your time as it took more than an hour to pick up the car we had prebooked even if there was nobody else waiting. They blatantly lied about not having cars available after we had paid and asked to wait 15 minutes. 1 hour later and still no car and the rep simply disappeared. Terrible customer experience and totally not worth it.

Prices are usually a little cheaper than other companies. This has been always my experience in any country with Enterprise. But I have, in other places, also been used to getting a nice service at Enterprise. That has NOT been the case at this location.
The manager seems totally uninterested in his job, and it shows in the way he deals with customers. Some of the staff is incompetent and inexperienced (I was once actually charged for the security deposit instead of just freezing my credit card for the amount. And then they had to reimburse me, which they did, but I lost money because of the difference in the exchange rate...).
Overall, you never get the feeling that you are an important customer for them. They almost make you feel like they are doing you a favour when you give them your business!
