Terrible!!!! Twice while getting my highlights done the hairdresser spilled the bleaching creme onto my jumper. I then got a Euro 30 reduction on my final bill despite my jumpers both having cost 6 x times as much. After having complained I received an email telling me I would no longer get an appointment at this hairdresser and should go elsewhere - here the original word in German| Den Termin in acht Wochen können wir Ihnen nicht anbieten. Des Weiteren möchten wir Ihnen Mitteilen das wir aus Gründen der Wirtschaftlichkeit , Sie als Kundin an den von Ihnen neu gewählten Salon komplett übergeben möchten.
What awful customer service! I have never come acroos anything like this!So I can not recommend anyone to go there. Thankfully the area is full of great hairdressers so it is easy to find an alternative!!

In sofern kann ich diesen Frisör leider nicht mehr empfehlen.

Said they closed at 7pm, so we arrived at 6:15pm for a child's haircut. They were completely shut down, no notice given or on the door.

Loved it indeed! Having no time to take care of my messy hair in London and being accidentally in Berlin for a weekend, had a great service here!:) Forgot the name of the lovely lady who did my hair, but she had a perfect ponytail herself :) I did coloring, cut and blow dry with styling and left absolutely happy with everything, including the price! So yes, recommend this hairdressers :)
