It's just ok. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were nicer, which is why I only gave this 3 stars. Everything is decent quality but at a very high price. Our room overlooked the dumpsters which didn't smell very nice, so the tiny balcony wasn't worth using. They also charged us $120 Euro extra for a 3rd person, which was to sleep on a small two section cot that was very uncomfortable due to the huge crack down the center. The room was so small you had to crawl over the cot to get to the other side of the room. Overall, just disappointed in what I was hoping would be a superior hotel experience.

The breakfast is pretty expensive and the WiFi isn't free, €15 a day is crazy, this is 2017 people!
Then cocktails from the bar are good - I dare you to try a Zombie 😜
There's a lounge pianist who plays in the atrium which adds a lovely atmosphere to the place.

Great hotel in the heart of Berlin. The junior suites are very spacious and great for families. Delicious breakfast was served on the first floor.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
No lounge but good lobby bar with outdoor seating.

Amazing and attentive staff! The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The location is very convenient downtown with only short walks to many historical sights, grocery stores, train station and fantastic bars and restaurants.

This is an older hotel in the heart of Berlin with a lot of class and panache. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I have a nice view of the interior garden and I'm really enjoying the air conditioning after walking to all the nearby museum and monuments today. I'll get up early and eat some fresh bread and fruit from the luxurious breakfast bar.
