The hotel personal was terrible, not friendly at all , they messed up my reservation and even they fixed it (next day) all the shifts workers were very unfriendly and unhelpful.
I dont recommend thus place. The location and strutucture is good but the people you will deal with Ufff😞

Good location, excellent transport links nearby and a standard IBIS guest experience, staff are helpful with specific requests if they can accommodate.

Nice hotel. Rooms are quite small however. Shower is also very small. Otherwise very nice.

We were highly disappointed in the quality of service for this hotel. Frankly the staff was insulting when asked for help, they gave the reply, "Can't you see I can't do two things at once". Across the street is a large outdoor area where people gather all hours to the night to drink and party and if your room faces this way you will hear noise all night long. With our AC not working we had to open the window thus creating many a sleepless night. Only one star.
