As a loyal customer, and gold member, I was just there at the station, to discuss my 20 days rental in order to be well prepared for my holiday. Asking for 1 day earlier, or just 12 hours, that would cost me 200€ extra!!!!! But mostly I wanted to know if they know the car so I can rent a bike carrier. The unfriendliness ruined my day, thanks dear Sixt for the best customer experience ever ;-/ I am looking forward to Friday and hopefully start my holiday with the right attitude from your employees

Easy pick up and rental, however a few blocks down from Potsdamer Platz. Quick service

Perfect Sixt! I will not comment on the pricing but on the location. Service was highly professional and quick (the car I booked was too dirty, I was upgraded in a minute) and the location is ideal for people living downtown. They speak English.

This company rushed us through the paperwork process and are currently trying to charge us $1000 for a small scratch that was there prior to the car being rented. They totally scammed us, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. The car was rented under my boyfriend Matthew Goldberg. If you do rent a car - do not make the same mistake we made... Take detailed pictures of the car before using it (with dates) --- and make sure you have pictures of the entire car surface. They are truly dirt bags.
