Yes, it is touristy. Yes, the traffic is noisy. But it is ideal for a drink in the afternoon sun or at night. And for watching all the people walking by. The small dishes are OK. And you may sit here nicely before or after visiting the Berliner Philharmonie (or a musical/movie at the Potsdamer Platz).

I went with a large group and we were very respectful of the establishment and the waiters. Drinks were brought out in different intervals to our group and they were incredibly small for the price. Then they food came out in totally different times, which make it awkward if you wanted to wait till everyone had their food to start eating. The serving portions were small for the price. And then at the end, which really made me drop them in stars, is that they asked for more tip from the person who paid. Waiters shouldn't ask for more tip.

We came across Eleven after doing some shopping in The Berlin Mall opposite. We just wanted a small meal, and ordered a burger with potato wedges, tagliatelle, and 2 Caffè lattes. The food came quickly and was tasty, portion sizes were good. The prices were reasonable enough, we paid €28.
