I made a reservation by phone, one week in advance. When I arrived to the hotel the place was fully booked. It would have been nice to let me know that I was expected to arrive at certain time to keep my reservation.

This hotel has smaller rooms, but they're impeccably clean and conveniently located. The waitstaff are all kind and helpful; we'll be back!

Simple but clean and comfortable. Good location when arriving by train with 7min walk and close to center 15 min. Nice little bar with limited selection. My go to place when in Aachen

Good Hotel! Good interior of the rooms but a little bit to small. But the location of the hotel in the city ist perfect.
