Newly-remodeled, rooms are small but well appointed. It's on a hill with a good view of the city and the sea but not within walking distance of anything interesting. There is a very small market across the street. You can take a taxi downtown for about 8 lari or walk further up the hill for half an hour and take a cable car to the seaside.

Every thing is good, except walking back to hotel need taxi due to elevation. View is good since it is at top of hill. Reception can speak English. Food is good. Taxi is cheap like bus ticket in Canada. Pool is nice. Room is big. Good one.

Good view , services in room is not good , breakfast is good , but receptions are not friendly

Nice hotel on the hill. Good thing about this hotel is location. But hotel can improve a lot on hospitality. Basic stuff like Water towels , cofee/ tea sachets not present in Room. Have to call Reception and they understand with difficulty. Prefer rooms on top floors for good view. Restaurant doesn't have any vegetarian option other than pizza which is good. Swimming pool is good. In the nights music at swimming pool parties is a big disturbance if you want to have good sleep.

Hotel has bad hygiene and the music from the pool is too loud, on one evening they had a party or event and loud music was on till 1 am, it was impossible to sleep. When we complained the staff were rude and said it was normal to have events at the hotel for guests not even staying at the hotel and they refused to reduce the volume and kept the party going till 1 am, we had all the windows closed however the music was so loud you can hear it inside the room even feel the base thumping.
Also our room bed sheets were dirty and never changed and one of the towels had a hole in it, even one the first day I saw white hair on the Bed not sure how it got there must be from the previous guest or cleaners, the carpet in the room and main hallway on the 3rd floor of the hotel had stains the bed is rock hard, the AC does not work properly keeps going off even though it's set to be on continuously it's stays on for 15 minutes then off for 4 hours this was the case also in our friends room which was on a different floor so I think it's a thing they do to save on power as you can't keep the AC running continuously I would open the balcony door but again music is playing groom the pool past 1 am and if the balcony door is open you won't sleep from the noise.
I would not give this hotel 2 Stars, not sure how it's rated as a four star Hotel. The staff are not friendly at all and don't even care if the guests are not happy, I recommend trying the Radisson Blu hotel or the Sheraton as they are internationally known brands and would for sure have much better management and care for their guest satisfaction.
The only positive thing I can say is that the view is nice up on a mountain with great view of the city and Black Sea.
I would never stay here again and would not even recommend it to my enemy.
