Fantastic four day stay at this lovely hotel. My rooms were huge (superior double room) and luxurious. Breakfast is very good, but check if it's included with your stay, as it's a bit expensive otherwise. Check out at a leisurely 12pm. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful outstanding staff, wonderfully quiet, close to the restaurants and shopping, they held our luggage before & after check, helpful with maps and directions too

Spacious rooms, clean, nice lobby. Bathroom felt old. Enjoyed our stay. Nice location.

I can't even explain the horrible service we witnessed here. Shocking would be an understatement. We walk in after a day at the Palace of Versailles to have a drink in the bar. My partner went to use the washroom. When he tried a woman from the front desk started yelling and actually followed him into the bathroom to remove him like we were street trash. Explaining we were here to have a beverage and enjoy the space and Versailles she started yelling french at us and basically we had to remove ourselves due to all of this. She never had a clue that we were here to enjoy Versailles and possibly stay the night at this hotel. She didn't even care. France has been amazing until this experience. Whoever worked the desk needs to be fired.

The location is great! And they even let us leave our luggage there before check in so we could go to the palace of Versailles! The down side isn't really something that the hotel can fix. The walls are really thin. You can hear people talking and walking around all the time. So we didn't really sleep. But hey! Great price and close.
