The hotel is very clean, rooms are little small but it's obvious being in the very center of the city. Restrooms are large, clean, luminous and the showers are really comfortable. Hotel provided products are quite good (known toiletries brand). Breakfast is large, abundant, good, all ingredients served fresh from classic pain au chocolate to the continental breakfast. A special mention to the concierge people because, despite the hour, they were always smiley and ready to help even with things out their knowledge (e.g. info on cities in other countries).

Front desk is very friendly. The room us small but well maintained. Clean and quiet. Overall a good experience. The only complaint is I can hear the upstairs foot step late at night.

I found that the room was quite small for a double, and there were left over towels from the previous occupants that were hanging off the towel rack and back of the door.

This hotel is very close to Lille Flandres Station and is ideal for the exploration of Lille which can be done by foot. Do not by put off by the square where it is as the interior of the hotel is first class. We had a very comfortable modern room with a smashing enormous bath. The staff were excellent and by following their advice we got to know Lille and saw a lot using the free map provided. We did not have breakfast but had evening drinks before bed and the wine was delicious.
We rated the hotel as excellent and there were not any downsides really, though we would have liked more coffee in the room
