My reservation was a little chaotic. My room was great but very noisy and there was this ugly sewer smell all the time. The venue is beautiful and the hotel is well positionned in Strasbourg. I recommend it only if don't mind to hear your neighbors and if you have a greater room.

Very good place for stay. The staff over here are very Helpful, kind and generous. They even gave us the map of strasbourg and suggested what all places to visit and how to commute. That pretty much solved the whole puzzle of not knowing French over there. Highly recommended. :)

Standard France hotel rooms, small and simple. Can be loud on weekends as party revellers and bars are nearby. They leave earplugs on your pillow....

Love love love this hotel! Must find a history on the building! Beautiful inside with half timber style architecture. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We got here rally late and parking was full so they let us park right in front. Great location with crepes right across the street which I can recommend are very good too! The room was very spacious and beautiful.

The service at this hotel is one of the most welcoming i have experienced. The location is very central but still it stays quiet. The room was spacious and clean. I will definitely go back there if stay in strasbourg again.
