Accueil tard le soir et décor OK, charme ok, espace dans le studio S3 plus que OK. Déjeuner minimal dans une salle trop petite pour 9 euro (croissant baguette café jus, confiture maison) Si le wifi non professionnel fonctionneriais convenablement, une étoile de plus. Le point d'accès est placé dans le hall , deux portes pare-feu et des murs epais font le reste. Mauvaise connexion Wi-Fi dans le lit, et des soucis dhcp rende le service inutilisable L'évoquer au petit déjeuner fut réfuté car au bar sur un autre point d'accès cela fonctionne, vous voyez le topo... A l'étage inférieur, le point d'accès est déplacé dans la chambre/studio .... Par contre bien situé pour le centre ville à deux pas des commerces et restaurants.

Petit hotel tres bien situe. En plein centre ville la chambre studio est spacieuse, tres bien amenage et avec une decoration tres agreable. avec cuisine.

The hotel was difficult to find largely because of the newish metro system in St Etienne, not helped by the phone not working on the 2 or 3 occasions we tried to call them. Parking is 5 - 10 minutes walk away, and you can't get near to drop your bags off before parking. Our room was awful: the bathroom and the shower doors were broken; the window was broken and could not be closed. The wc was wobbly, as if not screwed down to the floor. There was noise late and early from the trams and the cleaning of the square early in the morning (and with no air conditioning we had to have the window open). The bed was OK but they used a blanket rather than a quilt, which was somewhat unhygenic. Paint was peeling in several places. In a word: grotty. Cheap for a city centre but most unpleasant and not recommended at all.
